HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Tivi is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Delivery of R50.00 includes door-to-door courier service nationally. Any purchase over R1000.00 will receive free delivery. Shipping does take between 3 to 7 working days after date of despatch.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay via internet transfer or with your credit/debit card via PayGate. Follow instructions on the checkout page.
RECEIVING YOUR BAG
Once ordered you will receive an email confirming your order and the status of your delivery.
Due to postage, your bag may arrive slightly out of shape as neoprene can crease. Rest assured that with a little time hanging on a coat hanger, your bag will spring back to life. Alternatively it can be washed in cold water and hung.
HOW TO RETURN MY BAG
We do not exchange or refund bags for change of heart. All bag dimensions and details are on the products page to provide as much information as possible prior to purchasing. Please feel free to email us for any questions you have about Tivi handbags before your purchase.
IS THERE ANY WARRANTY ON MY BAG
If your bag has arrived with any quality issue you feel is deemed not acceptable, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary action. Our warranty period for FAULTY items is 3 months. Please note that normal wear and tear is not a fault.
CARING FOR MY BAG
Although neoprene is a durable fabric, it will show signs of wear and tear just like any other bag. When opening and closing the press studs and zippers please treat with care. Support the press studs when opening to prevent any damage to the surrounding material. Please avoid sharp objects and grease or oil.
Neoprene bag care:
Due to the woven nature of the rope handles, some fraying may occur. This is completely normal and very easily fixed. Simply trim off any loose threads and singe the area cautiously with an open flame from a cigarette lighter.
